running time 55 mins

Here's a bundle of fun for all the family to enjoy, with songs and dance routines performed by young Matt Jonson (who played the Artful Dodger in Cameron MacIntosh's production of "Oliver" as well as Gavroche in "Les Miserables" for the same company). This is definitely one to watch time and time again. A light hearted romp where young Richard (Dick) and his cousin Georgina have to confront the dastardly Professor Sidebottem and his cronies.

We are releasing the songs from "Smugglers!" on CD as well as one extra song that we didn't use in the movie. The 8 tracks were professionally recorded at the well known Basement Recording Studios in the UK. The backing was performed by the Jeff Daniels Band and there are some great riffs from the superb guitar work of the awesome Jeff Daniels. Matt, as you all know, is one serious star. At the age of 11 he played the role of "Dick" in the National Tour of the Famous Five, also on the tour, playing Matt's older brother, was S Club 7's Jon Lee. Matt then went on to play Gavroche in Les Miserables for Cameron Macintosh and also the Artful Dodger opposite Gary Wilmott's Fagin in Cameron's production of "Oliver". You can see that this guy is serious talent and one day we promise you will be a huge mega star. In fact we are going to ask Mark Lester to pass on a copy of this album to his friend Michael Jackson - that's how highly we rate Matt!

There's 8 tracks here and the running time is just under 30 mins. This is a definite must have - you will play this CD time and time again.
